i blinked and missed the entire week! as some of you may know, i have been busy writing my second cookbook and this week was the photo shoot. needless to say, i have put in a lot of hours making sure that the desserts looked good enough for photos!
can you stand a few more pictures of the rain garden? we have been blown away by how much the plants have grown this year. some are so large that they may have to be split or relocated!

in this photo, joe pye weed, helianthus, false indigo, coneflowers and more. the rain garden is beginning to look like a rain jungle!
over in the new herb garden, things are shaping up. here is a log in the border wall with a hollow limb that made a perfect little planter for some stray sedums in need of a new home.
