Sugar Bear made her big debut in the demo garden today. she also made a huge exit as she has been banished from the garden for good. the instant darry let her out of the car when we arrived, she took off at full speed after a doe. we watched as the doe frantically ran from the field through the woods and across the road with sugar bear in hot pursuit. a car driving by saw the doe and stopped in time so he didn't hit her but sugar bear ran into the side of the car-head first. we suspect she has quite a headache and are currently taking votes for the title of world's dumbest dog!
today was butterfly day. this is a tiny eastern tailed blue butterfly in the sedum.
keep in mind that I am no expert and I could be wrong about that.
I followed this Eastern Black Swallowtail all over the garden today.
here it is again in the junior master garden.
the skippers were having their own convention in the sedum.
